Shipping policy

Order Processing:
If your item is in stock, please allow Created by Culture up to 3 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared. We will always endeavour to get your order out as soon as possible

Australian Shipping:
We offer free, untracked shipping for orders over $60, or flat rate $5 untracked shipping for orders less than $60.  We deliver your order either by Australia Post or via a Courier service, and shipping will normally take 1-7 business days. Express, tracked shipping is available for $10.

International Shipping:
We charge a flat rate of $20 for delivery services to locations outside of Australia. We deliver your order using a variety of global postal networks, and shipping will normally take 5-15 business days (this may vary during peak times).
