Refund policy

Changed your mind?

We hope you love our products, but just in case you change your mind, we will kindly offer an exchange within 14 business days of receiving the goods. We can exchange for other items or a credit note of the same value of the piece(s) being exchanged. All goods being exchanged must be in its original condition. Send us an email at createdbyculture.au@gmail.com and we'll advise you of next steps. The expected time period for processing returns is 7 days.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• For hygiene reasons, headbands and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Created by Culture does not issue refunds unless required under the consumer law.

Handmade variations?
All of our items are handmade, and slight variations from the item pictured or size dimensions listed may occur. Please keep in mind the unique nature of your purchase when evaluating a product for a return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.
